Anne is a purpose coach and leadership development specialist. She guides individuals on a journey to discover their God-given purpose and develop actionable plans to live it out. She excels at recognizing untapped potential, enabling clients to achieve their personal and professional objectives. Anne serves diverse groups—from individuals to organizations. Her ministerial background equips her to help clients merge personal values with career aspirations, resulting in integrated, fulfilling lives.

Anne received a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University where she has done research and gained significant experience in developing individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations. As a Results System™ Certified Practitioner, Anne helps clients get to the root of the issues quickly and helps clients create roadmaps for success. In addition, Anne is ACC certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Level 3 Proficient Coach with AG Coaching.

Anne encouraged me to search out real answers to the challenges I was facing , she asked me questions that helped me drill down to what is most important to me. She was patient and I always ended a session challenged and empowered to do the work necessary for me to succeed in moving forward. When I started the coaching sessions I felt stuck and depleted. When we finished our contracted sessions I had gained confidence and developed tools to help me manage and enjoy life in a much more balanced way.
